Making my bolognese

Ingredients
  • 1/2 kilogram Beef Mince
  • 1 can Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs
  • 2 teaspoons Cornflour
  • 1 can Water
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato Paste
Instructions
  1. Fry mince in frypan, breaking up as you go.

  2. When browned add tomato puree then fill can with water and add.

  3. Add sugar and herbs.

  4. Blend cornflour with about 2 teaspoons water then add to mince.

  5. Simmer gently for about 1/2 hour.
